  1. Campur semua bahan ayam..marinated..tutup dg plastik..diamkan di kulkan 1-2 jam.
  2. Campur semua bahan saus.
  3. Campur bahan utk baluran..balur ayam sampai rata.
  4. Panaskan minyak goreng..goreng ayam sampai kecoklatan (blm matang sempurna) Angkat..diamkan ayam selama 10-15 menit (diresting).
  5. Goreng kembali ayam utk yg ke 2 kalinya sampai kering (double frying method).
  6. Panaskan bumbu saus sampai mendidih dg api kecil.
  7. Sesudah mendidih..matikan api..kemudian masukkan gorengan ayam..campur rata.
  8. Hidangkan..tabur dg biji wijen dan daun bawang.
